Our residence is composed of 3 buildings, which offer different solutions for different needs. Rooms and apartments are reached by free Wi-Fi and TV. The price includes bed linen and towels; it is also included breakfast when you book the rooms. The farm does not offer lunch and dinner, but at a short distance there are several opportunities to enjoy the local cuisine, mainly seafood. You can use the barbecue which is free: the farm provides everything needed to lit the fire, plates and tableware for the meals. It is included in the price.
The facilities are surrounded by the green trees of the estate on an area of almost 200 hectares, characterized by long, tree-lined paths and wildlife among the extensive farmlands. For guests there are soccer fields and volleyball courts, games for children, table tennis and bicycles.
Zennare estate is the result of a careful restoration of rural buildings of the early twentieth century. The restructuring has left the roof exposed wood with original bricks to keep the warmth of the old original houses. The rooms are furnished with hand-painted furniture by artisans of the Venetian tradition.
The facility can also be used for parties by groups of friends or families for picnics and outdoor suggestive barbecue: in this case we provide tables, chairs and everything you need to lit the fire and the dishes to set the table. For more information, send a request here.

The rooms are on the first floor of the main building. There are 4 rooms with 2 or 3 beds, all with private bathroom and shower. You can add a cot if you need.
From the rooms you have a splendid view over the expanse of the estate.
On the ground floor there is the large living room for breakfast in the cold weather and a canopy for outdoor meals in warmer weather, which overlooks the garden.

The Casetta
In the main building there is also an apartment for 4/5 people equipped for the disabled. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom and the dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. There are two independent and autonomous entrances.

The Barchessa
Next to the main building, there is the Barchessa, with 2 independent apartments with conditioning air and a large canopy in common: a large window overlooking the garden and the countryside. Both apartments are open space, with a wall that divides the living area from the bedrooms.
Barchessa A can host 4 people and consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom and the dining room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed.
Barchessa B can host up to 6 people and it consists of a bedroom, the dining room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, 2 independent bathrooms.
The Dependance
The family house, a short distance from the main building, has an apartment with 5 beds. Surrounded by the green trees, it is composed of a small separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, the bathroom, the porch and barbecue for exclusive use.
For those who wish, breakfast is served in the main house that can be reached using the bikes available to guests and you can use all other services of the main building.
